Singapore Visa Requirements:

To apply for an entry visa for business or social visits, you will need the following documents:

1. Original passport with minimum 6 months (183 days) valid along with the OLD PASSPORTS (if any). If the passport is not issued in Karnataka needs residency proof in Karnataka (Any Karnataka government issued I.D copies – Aadhar / Voter I.D / D.L / Tenancy Agreement / ORIGINAL HR letter WITH SEAL & SIGN from working concern in Karnataka it should be clearly mentioned about passenger name / Designation / How long they are working & current residential address in Karnataka. If the spouse’s name is not endorsed on the passport  Marriage certificate is required (Affidavit/wedding card not accepted.)
2. A photocopy of your passport biodata page (valid for at least six months from the date of your entry into Singapore) 
3. Duly completed Form 14A (PDF, 202KB) signed by you. Your visa application shall be made based on the information declared in this form. ICA may request for the form to be submitted.
4. Your recent passport-sized color photograph was taken within the last three months. Please see Photo Guidelines for information on photo requirements.
5. The original Covering letter from the passenger should clearly mention the passenger’s occupation details, passenger’s name (As per current Passport)with passport numbers, the purpose of travel, schedule of stay in Singapore, and who will be bearing all expenses.
6. If the passenger traveling to meet (Relatives/friends in Singapore), need an invitation letter form (relative / friends-Singapore) it should be clearly mentioned the invitee details & passenger details (Relationship details) with passport number, the purpose of inviting, duration of stay in Singapore the date of travel, where will be the passenger stay and who will be bearing the expenses in Singapore. Along with the invitee’s passport & visa copy with form V39 to be filled & signed by the invitee.
7. If the passenger is working needs employment proof (ID card copy / Original Hr letter from the employer, Last 06 Months’ Pay Slip & Updated bank statement for the last 06 months balance per passenger approx. Rs.80000/-).
8.  If the passenger doing business needs the Covering letter must be on company/business letterhead with the Registration Certificate / Memorandum Article / Partnership deed & GST certificate along with details of monthly income. Last year (I.T. saral Form16).
9.  If the passenger is studying, a student ID card copy from the institution bonafide certificate copy.
10. Original Confirmed onward & return tickets.
11. Original Hotel Confirmation

Note 1: Further any change in fees, additional documents, or personal presence of the applicant might be required which is at the discretion of the embassy.

Note 2: Visa issuance and validity are decided by the (Consulate General of the Republic of Singapore – visa officer) only.

Additional supporting documents (e.g., Form V39A (PDF, 192KB) (And the letter of Introduction for Visa Application (LOI)) may be required on a case-by-case basis.

Malaysia Visa Requirements:

Must have Documents for Malaysia Visa Online

1. Passport colour scan copy.
2. Scan passport-size photo HD Quality.
3. Confirmed return flight ticket reservation.
4. A hotel reservation or other proof of lodging in Malaysia is required.
5. Bank Statement 03 months.
6. A birth certificate is required in the case of a minor.
